Vacancy Consultant Corporate Finance

For our Tilburg office we are a looking for a venturous consultant Corporate Finance. Candidate will work in a small, passionate team focusing on the medium sized and family company. He/she will soon be given shared responsibility in merger and acquisition processes. He/she will also have an important contribution to expanding the Corporate Finance practice of Match Plan in Southern part of the Netherlands.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience;
• Graduated from High Vocational Education or University  and by preference a proven M&A transaction experience or accountancy experience;
• Strong analytic skills, result oriented with an eye for quality and detail;
• Excellent social antennae;
• Commercial skills;
• You are a passionate, accurate and thorough team player with a high level of professionalism;
• Ambitious, proactive, independent and able to perform under deadlines;
• Excellent grasp of the Dutch and English language in speech and writing.
