Match Plan assisted the director / major shareholder, Frans Aarnoutse, with the sale of 100% of the shares in Aarnoutse Loodgieters en Installatiebedrijf B.V. to Mr J. Bakker (entrepreneur) and Mr C. van der Klooster (manager).
Aarnoutse Installateurs is active as an installation company and specializes in plumbing, roofing, central heating and climate installations, among other things. The focus is mainly on renovation work. In addition, the Company has a 24-hour service department that customers with maintenance contracts can use at any time. The Company currently employs approximately 14 people.
Match Plan has assisted Mr. Aarnoutse throughout the entire sales process. In the preparation phase, an indicative valuation was drawn up to determine the bandwidth of the desired sales price. Subsequently, the potential buyers were identified and these parties were approached together with the Match Plan network. Further information was provided to interested potential buyers and several in-depth discussions were held.
After receiving various (indicative) offers and the selection of one exclusive party, Match Plan also assisted Mr. Aarnoutse in recording the agreed agreements in a letter of intent, coordinating the Due Diligence and drawing up (in-house) the transaction documentation.
