Senior Consultant M&A
As a Senior Consultant M&A, you'll be responsible for guiding entrepreneurs through complex mergers and acquisitions. You'll play a key role in our team, working closely with senior consultants and project leaders to achieve strategic goals and support successful transactions.
You'll deliver valuable insights by conducting in-depth analyses, developing strategic advice, and supporting transaction execution. Your hands-on approach and expertise will contribute to our clients' success and strengthen our team's position.

What are you going to do?
Acquisition processes
: You'll be involved in all phases of mergers and acquisitions, providing both strategic and operational support to our clients to achieve their goals. You'll ensure that all parties are well-informed and that the process runs efficiently and transparently, with attention to detail and the interests of all stakeholders.
Valuations
: You will conduct detailed financial analyses to determine the value of companies and support your findings with thorough research, providing a solid foundation for our clients' decisions.
Financing memoranda
: You prepare financing memoranda that are essential for attracting acquisition or growth financing, and ensure that these documents contain the correct information to convince potential financiers.
Market and competitive analyses
: You'll research markets and competitors to provide strategic insights that help our clients strengthen their positions and capitalize on opportunities. You'll analyze trends and predictable developments to provide our clients with valuable advice on how to enhance their competitive advantage.
Customer contact
: You'll support customer conversations and maintain direct contact with clients throughout the process. You'll ensure their needs and expectations are clearly communicated and addressed, and help them make informed decisions based on the information gathered.
Process management
: You'll collaborate with the team to efficiently organize processes, achieve objectives, and ensure the project progresses smoothly. You'll keep everyone involved informed of progress and ensure timely interventions when obstacles arise.
Who are you?
You are a driven, analytical, and entrepreneurial professional. You also recognize yourself in the following characteristics:
- Completed higher professional or university education in a relevant field, such as finance, business administration or economics.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in corporate finance, consultancy or the banking sector.
- Experience with transaction processes and an affinity with SMEs.
- Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented work attitude.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both oral and written.
- Accurate, proactive and have an eye for quality and detail.
