Entrepreneurial Capital invests in ICT service provider L'Unité Group

The Entrepreneurial Capital Investment Network has a majority interest acquired in L'Unité Group, a leading ICT partner. The acquisition marks a new step for Ondernemend Kapitaal and underscores its focus on growth opportunities within the technology sector. Together with Managing Director Jerry Kleinman, the investment group aims to further expand the organization.

Three decades of experience in ICT support

L'Unité Group, comprised of L'Unité IT Solutions, L'Unité Hosting, and L'Unité IT Solutions BeLux, has been active in network management, cloud, security, and hosting since 1991. Based in Huizen, the company supports clients in the Netherlands and Belgium with reliable, scalable IT solutions. Founder André Colletta previously transferred some of his shares to partner Jerry Kleinman and has now also sold his remaining stake. The addition of Ondernemend Kapitaal has laid the foundation for a new phase of growth.

Accelerating growth with knowledge and capital

The merger creates space for new investments in people, technology, and services. Lead investor KoutersVanDerMeer, a specialist in performance improvement and IT management, brings complementary expertise. Ondernemend Kapitaal contributes not only capital but also entrepreneurial and strategic expertise. The collaboration enables L'Unité to accelerate the rollout of its growth strategy and further strengthen its position within the Dutch ICT landscape.

During the initial meeting, L'Unité's strategic vision for the future was discussed, resulting in an ambitious growth plan. Ondernemend Kapitaal's knowledge, expertise, and financial strength seamlessly aligned with these ambitions. In the subsequent phase, the shareholder relations and division of responsibilities were coordinated with the future co-shareholder. This was followed by the acquisition process, in which the acquisition financing And stakeholder management played a crucial role due to the many parties involved.
