Logicall Group executes PPA for the acquisition of 12Return

Logicall Group, an internationally operating logistics service provider, has engaged Match Plan to value intangible assets in connection with the acquisition of 12Return. The valuation, carried out via a Purchase Price Allocation (PPA), was conducted for financial reporting purposes and was prepared in accordance with applicable annual reporting guidelines. The PPA enabled Logicall to correctly incorporate the acquisition of 12Return into the annual accounts and gain insight into the strategic value of the acquired assets.

Reverse logistics in a circular economy

12Return is a cloud-based software provider that supports e-commerce companies in managing returns flows in a circular and customer-centric supply chain. The platform offers an all-in-one returns service and is integrated with leading e-commerce and ERP systems. Since its founding in 2011, 12Return has positioned itself as a specialist in international returns logistics for medium-sized and large retail brands. This acquisition strengthens Logicall's reverse logistics offering and underscores its ambitions in circular logistics services.

Logicall's buy and build strategy

Logicall Group, formerly known as Janssen Group of Companies, is an established name in the logistics sector, offering solutions for transport, storage, order processing, and return logistics. Following its acquisition by Waterland Private Equity, the group has a clear buy and build strategy Embraced. With 12Return, Logicall adds another specialized company to its portfolio, joining VCK Logistics, Rollema, and Shipcloud, among others. These companies collaborate on integrated, scalable, and future-oriented logistics solutions.
