Owner Youvia realized the sale from market leader Klantenvertellen, including Kiyoh and Patiëntenvertellen, to eKomi. Europe's largest independent provider of transaction-based customer ratings and product reviews, this transaction provides Klantenvertellen with access to an international infrastructure and accelerates its expansion in the Benelux and beyond.

Together, the teams are developing an integrated roadmap: from advanced analytics dashboards to new review formats and AI-driven sentiment analysis. This synergy ensures that Benelux customers benefit from faster implementations, deeper insights, and broader international exposure.
