Logicall Group, internationally active in logistics services, has engaged Match Plan to implement a Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) following the acquisition of Rollema. This valuation was necessary for the financial reporting of the acquisition, in accordance with applicable reporting guidelines. In this process, Match Plan carefully determined the value of the intangible assets, such as customer relationships and brand equity. The results form the basis for correct processing in Logicall's annual accounts.
Technical logistics with a rich history
Rollema, founded in 1860, is a specialized logistics service provider focusing on technical deliveries and on-site installations. From their locations, they supply ATMs, coffee machines, fitness equipment, and self-scanning systems, among other products, and also handle on-site installation. With this combination of transport and technical installation, Rollema has built a strong market position.
Rollema has officially been part of Logicall Group since November 1, 2022. The acquisition fits within the buy and build strategy from Logicall, which has previously made several acquisitions in the logistics sector.
