Entrepreneurial Capital has the new acquisition WIZ Re-integratie & Coaching BV announced the acquisition, a next step in strengthening its investment portfolio. This acquisition enables WIZ to continue growing, with a focus on expanding its HRM services and strengthening the sustainable employability of human capital. This offers new growth opportunities and enables WIZ to serve its clients even better.
Broadening the portfolio
The acquisition of WIZ represents the next step in broadening Ondernemend Kapitaal's portfolio. WIZ has a proven track record of expertise in reintegration, coaching, and HRM issues. Ondernemend Kapitaal adds relevant knowledge and experience in business development, capital, and networking, thus strengthening WIZ's position. This combination of experience and expertise allows Ondernemend Kapitaal to add value to the further regional growth of WIZ and other portfolio companies. The acquisition fits well within Ondernemend Kapitaal's existing portfolio, which operates in various sectors, including industry, business services, healthcare, and ICT.
