The founder had one clear wish: to create a solid foundation for the next generation and carefully shape the partnership with his son as successor. Match Plan guided this transition, primarily from a legal perspective, with an eye for both business and personal relationships.
From craft to international high-end design brand
Treasures International's roots lie in the founder's craftsmanship and entrepreneurial spirit. At a young age, he discovered his passion for design within the glass industry, which led to the company's founding in 1978. Driven by a passion for design, an entrepreneurial vision, and international ambition, Treasures International has grown into an internationally recognized brand in high-end interior design and construction.
What sets the company apart is not only its expertise in bespoke design, but also its ability to develop and implement architectural designs from the ground up. Treasures International delivers luxury custom interiors and integrated design and project solutions for an international clientele.
Generational change and new division of roles
Meanwhile, the son has taken over the day-to-day management of the company. He is responsible for operational management and the further expansion of activities in Dubai. The father, as the founder of the brand, remains closely involved as a strategic advisor and sparring partner.
Although the father-son partnership is based on trust and shared ambition, the need arose to carefully document the agreements between them. Besides the personal relationship, attention also had to be paid to the business relationship. Establishing this business relationship was essential to facilitate the company's new phase and clarify the positions and responsibilities of both entrepreneurs.
