Innovatie nul13 originated from a collaboration between Koen Kock and Sebastiaan Baauw, who combined their knowledge of childcare, data, and municipal issues during the harmonization of preschools. With the later addition of Janine Boekelder, the organization grew into a specialist knowledge partner for municipalities.
Since its founding in 2015, Innovatie nul13 has supported over 130 municipalities with data analysis, monitoring, and practical advice within the social domain.
