Senior Consultant M&A
As a Senior M&A Consultant, you'll be a vital link in guiding complex mergers and acquisitions. You'll act as a coordinator, working closely with project managers and a multidisciplinary team of expert colleagues to manage the transaction from start to finish.
You'll be responsible for managing the process and developing the right strategies to meet our clients' needs. Your expertise and experience will ensure the successful completion of acquisitions, effectively aligning all interests and resolving complex issues.

What are you going to do?
Process guidance
: You'll manage acquisition processes largely independently and act as the process coordinator, ensuring proper coordination and alignment of all stakeholders. You'll monitor progress and ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
Strategic advice
: You'll be a sparring partner for entrepreneurs, supporting them with strategic issues surrounding mergers and acquisitions. Your experience and expertise will provide valuable insights that help our clients make well-informed decisions.
Valuations
: You perform financial analyses and valuations to determine and substantiate the value of companies. You ensure your findings are well-substantiated and provide clients with clear insight into the financial aspects of the transaction.
Coordination
: You'll work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the project runs smoothly. You'll monitor the schedule, coordinate the work, and ensure the team works effectively together to achieve the objectives.
Customer contact
: You'll maintain direct contact with clients and guide them throughout the entire process. You'll ensure they're well-informed and support them throughout every step of the process, from preparation to completion.
Market and competitive analyses
: You analyze markets and trends to identify strategic opportunities and advise clients, providing insights that help them gain a competitive advantage and capitalize on new growth opportunities.
Who are you?
You are a committed, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented professional who enjoys taking responsibility. You also recognize yourself in the following characteristics:
- Completed higher professional or university education in a relevant field, such as finance, business administration or economics.
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience in corporate finance, consultancy or the banking sector.
- Extensive transaction experience and an affinity with SMEs.
- Able to act as a sparring partner at a strategic level.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both oral and written.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive work attitude.
