As a Manager M&A – Digital Marketing Agencies, you'll play a crucial role in guiding and managing mergers and acquisitions within this dynamic sector. You'll be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams, identifying strategic opportunities, and realizing successful transactions.
In this role, you'll work closely with entrepreneurs, act as a strategic sparring partner, and leverage your expertise to provide valuable insights and solutions. You'll combine leadership, market knowledge, and a results-oriented approach to contribute to the success of both our clients and Match Plan. What are you going to do?
Project management
: You'll be responsible for leading multiple acquisition projects simultaneously. You'll manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure that all aspects of the process run smoothly, from strategy development to transaction completion.
Strategic advice
: As a sparring partner, you offer entrepreneurs top-level strategic advice. You translate complex challenges into concrete solutions that contribute to the client's success.
Market opportunities
: You'll closely monitor market developments and seize opportunities within the (digital) marketing sector. You'll generate assignments through Match Plan's network and expand this network further with your own.
Relationship management
: You build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders in the sector. You foster trust and collaboration through proactive contact and involvement in their strategic goals.
Coaching
: You mentor junior colleagues within the team by sharing your knowledge and experience. You encourage their professional growth and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
Project management
: You monitor the progress and quality of transactions, ensure efficient execution and deliver results that meet the highest standards.
Who are you?
You are an enterprising and results-oriented professional with a strong network and an affinity for the (digital) marketing sector. You also recognize yourself in the following characteristics:
- Extensive transaction experience in M&A, corporate finance or a similar field.
- Strong affinity with and knowledge of the (digital) marketing sector.
- The ability to act as a sparring partner at a strategic level.
- Entrepreneurial mentality and speaks the language of entrepreneurs.
- Relevant network with which you can generate assignments and leads.
- Completed financial and economics HBO or WO education.
- Relevant work experience and you are used to taking responsibility in complex projects.
