The shareholders of Diesis Consultancies have their company sold to the listed company Novisource. This acquisition marks a new phase for Diesis and strengthens Novisource's position at the intersection of finance, business processes, and IT.

Diesis Consultancy, based in Amstelveen, provides advice and support where finance, business processes, and IT converge. The organization specializes in applications such as Unit4 CODA, Icorp, SAP Business Objects and Microsoft BI. Diesis helps organizations translate business processes into financial transactions and handles the implementation and configuration of associated software. In addition, the company develops and manages business intelligence solutions for reporting and data-driven decision-making.
Novisource expands in consultancy and IT
For Novisource, based in Nieuwegein and listed on the NYSE Euronext Amsterdam, the means takeover a strengthening of its existing portfolio. With the integration of Diesis Consultancy increases Novisource's capabilities in delivering high-quality consultancy and IT services. The transaction fits within Novisource's broader strategy to continue growing through targeted acquisitions as well.
Match Plan as an advisor during sales
Match Plan advised the shareholders of Diesis Consultancy throughout the entire sales process to Novisource. This included conducting analyses, determining the final sales price based on a detailed valuation, assessing the Letter of Intent (LOI) and advising on the further handling of the transaction.
