From Drupal specialist to Benelux market leader
Tilburg-based ezCompany was founded in 2001 and has grown into a leading player in Drupal website development. With a team of over 50 specialists, the company has developed digital solutions for clients such as the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration, the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM), Erasmus University Rotterdam, Utrecht University, Graydon, and Jaguar Land Rover. Its focus on open-source technology, customization, and scalable platforms has earned ezCompany a strong portfolio in both the public and commercial sectors.
Intracto grows through buy and build
The acquisition of ezCompany fits within the buy and build strategy From Intracto, which previously added Have a Nice Day and BLUE Web Solutions to the group. With the support of investor Waterland, Intracto is building a targeted network of agencies in the Netherlands and Belgium. The addition of ezCompany increases the number of employees in the Netherlands to 100, growing the group's total to 200 digital specialists.
