Founder Ruud van Eldik and his wife Kitty are taking this strategic step as an opportunity to retire. Their three sons will remain active in the company, with Patrick van Eldik assuming the role of business unit manager. Magema will continue to operate from its headquarters in Ter Aar. The company, with 45 employees and a turnover of over €30,000,000, offers a wide range of products and services, including foam inlays, torque calibration, and e-procurement solutions. The combination of family DNA and Rubix's strength creates a strong foundation for further growth.
