Dutch software company Softpak is joining forces with Belgian company Organi. Both organizations have been developing innovative IT solutions for the logistics sector since 1977 and share the same technological foundation with Progress and Angular, among others. takeover This creates a stronger combination of software knowledge, logistics expertise and IT services for port-related companies in Europe and beyond.

Softpak offers integrated software solutions for port logistics, serving shipping lines, freight forwarders, container terminals, and depots. The company operates in 16 countries and provides its services to leading logistics players in major ports worldwide. From its headquarters in Ridderkerk, 45 employees work daily to optimize logistics processes with smart software.
IT services with sector focus
Organi operates in software, hardware, and IT services for medium-sized businesses in Belgium, with a strong position in sectors such as logistics, accounting, and the judicial system. With over 100 employees and more than 6,000 users, Organi has built a substantial market share. The addition of Softpak increases Organi's impact within the logistics niche and strengthens its international position.
