Match Plan Corporate Finance BV (hereinafter: "Match Plan") processes information about individuals on a daily basis, respecting your privacy. We handle the data we receive with care and confidentiality, and we comply with applicable laws and regulations. Personal data that we process
Services
To provide our services, we process your name, contact details, and, if legally required, information from a valid ID. Depending on the nature of our services, additional personal data may be required. If necessary, we share your information with third parties, such as parties involved in a transaction.

For acquisition purposes, we collect information about companies and their representatives, such as contact details, conversation notes, and visit reports. This data is stored securely and used only by authorized employees based on our legitimate interest.

Match Plan is active on LinkedIn and other social media platforms. When you interact with us through these platforms, we may process your personal data, for example, when you comment or use our features.
Applicants
During application processes, we process data such as your name, contact details, cover letters, and employment history. Data will be deleted no later than four weeks after the end of the process, unless you consent to its retention.
Employees
Match Plan processes personal data of employees in the context of the employment contract and legal obligations.
Who do we share your data with?
We only share personal data in the following situations:
Execution of an agreement: For example, for delivering documents.
