Bitfactory joins NOBEARS Group

Bitfactory, a Rotterdam-based digital agency with over 50 experts specializing in custom B2B platforms, e-commerce, high-end software, apps, and innovative AI solutions, is joining the NOBEARS Group. This acquisition enables Bitfactory to continue its growth path together with a strategic partner.

 

Match Plan has the three shareholders of Bitfactory during the sales process advised. Two of the three shareholders will remain actively involved in the NOBEARS Group. The third shareholder will gradually phase out his activities.

The NOBEARS Group, backed by investment firm Synergia Capital Partners, specializes in digital solutions for e-commerce and business optimization. The group helps companies with their digital transformation through innovative technologies and customer-focused solutions.

 

With this acquisition, NOBEARS further expands its activities and grows its team to over 170 specialists. As a result, NOBEARS now also has a branch in Rotterdam, in addition to its existing offices in Heusden, 's-Hertogenbosch, Amersfoort, and Utrecht. The partnership enables NOBEARS to even better support clients in realizing growth strategies, brand development, digital transformation, process optimization, and performance marketing. This fully aligns with NOBEARS's proposition: Accelerate Ambitions.

Collaboration with Match Plan

The initial exploratory discussions between Bitfactory and NOBEARS began over four years ago. There was an immediate connection between the two companies in terms of culture and vision. After years of close contact, this was the right time for both parties to seriously discuss a shared future. Match Plan guided Bitfactory's shareholders through this process, leading to a transaction.
