Happy Horizon expands data specialization with acquisition of DigiMonks

Data specialist DigiMonks joins Happy Horizon Group. The takeover fits within the buy and build strategy from Happy Horizon and strengthens its capacity in smart data processing for marketing and business processes.

DigiMonks has been active since 2014 in developing software and solutions for processing and applying data in digital environments. From its offices in Eindhoven and Amsterdam, the agency supports leading clients such as Achmea, Eneco, and Jumbo Golfwereld. The combination of technical expertise, flexibility, and a pragmatic approach makes DigiMonks a valuable addition to Happy Horizon's portfolio.

Data-driven growth ambition

Happy Horizon is a nationwide agency group with more than twenty specialized labels in strategy, creation, technology, and marketing. The acquisition of DigiMonks aligns with the broader strategy to grow in data-driven services.

Match Plan as a permanent acquisition advisor

The team guided the entire acquisition process, from strategic advice and valuation until Letter of Intent (LOI), book research and contract formation.
