Egripment joins Broadcast Solutions with international deal
With the sale The transfer of Egripment to Broadcast Solutions marks the beginning of a new chapter for the Dutch camera support specialist. The transaction, completed in September 2025, marks an international expansion: the German company Broadcast Solutions is among the largest media integration companies in Europe. With this move, Egripment is entering into a strategic partnership that expands its reach. CEO Philippe Tresfon, CFO Caroline Tresfon, and other key players will remain involved with Egripment, with Philippe Tresfon remaining as managing director.
Half a century of innovation and craftsmanship
For nearly half a century, Egripment has been a leading manufacturer and rental company of high-quality camera support systems such as cranes, dollies, and remote heads. With in-house design and production capabilities, the company delivers customized solutions worldwide for television, film, and live events. The international rental division, operating from Amsterdam and Cologne, will continue to operate under the Egripment brand and will be merged with Birds Camera Solutions, part of Broadcast Solutions, creating a comprehensive rental portfolio.

Global reach and joint growth
With the acquisition Broadcast Solutions strengthens its position as a global provider of complete production systems. The German company is one of Europe's largest media integration groups and works for prominent clients, including Mediatec. From 14 international offices, Broadcast Solutions serves clients in Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. With the acquisition, Egripment is now represented through this global network, giving customers direct access to Egripment's products, services, and support.

Match Plan as an advisor to the sellers
