Bloem Daycare and Altijd Lente Childcare Center join PMvP
After more than twenty years of building strong and personalized childcare services in Amsterdam, Bloem Daycare and Altijd Lente Childcare Center are joining the national PMvP group. This move secures the future of five locations, 35 employees, and 105 childcare places, while maintaining their unique identity and pedagogical vision. The transaction, completed in August 2025, marks a significant expansion of PMvP, which now encompasses more than 40 locations in the Netherlands.
Two decades of quality and commitment
Bloem Daycare and Altijd Lente Childcare Center are part of Bloem Daycare, which was founded in 2003 by Gila de Winter and Ramon Rikken. Their vision of small-scale, home-like childcare with personalized attention has made them a household name in Amsterdam. Their locations are distinguished by high quality standards, short lines of communication, and a strong pedagogical focus. Supported by a dedicated team and a pedagogical coach, the development of each child is paramount. After 23 years of business, the owners are passing the torch and making way for a new phase.
