De Ronde Venen Childcare is a small-scale organization with two locations in Vinkeveen and Waverveen. The daycare distinguishes itself with spacious natural gardens with animals, vegetable patches, and a strong focus on outdoor activities. This offers children ample opportunity to explore and develop through play in a natural environment. With a team of approximately 20 staff and strong local roots, De Ronde Venen is known for its personal approach and welcoming atmosphere.
At Mirakel Childcare, child development is also paramount, with a focus on quality, structure, and warmth. The organization has been active in Amsterdam Buitenveldert and Amstelveen Zuid for over 25 years and has eight locations, including daycare centers and after-school care facilities. With the addition of De Ronde Venen, Mirakel expands its regional reach and adds a unique outdoor concept to its existing offerings. The role of Match Plan
Match Plan advised the owner of De Ronde Venen childcare during the entire sales process: from preparation and drawing up the information memorandum to approaching parties, negotiations, the book research and the contractual finalization.
