Piant strengthens European market position with acquisition of Marcol

Piant, European market leader in die-cutting, cutting, laser-cutting and milling of plastics, cardboard and leather hides, has further strengthened its position with the takeover from Marcol. This strategic step is part of the active buy and build strategy Piant, which is focused on expanding its presence and market position and diversifying within Europe. The acquisition process was managed by merger and acquisition specialist Match Plan, while investment firm Ondernemend Kapitaal provided support as the driving force behind Piant.

With the acquisition of Marcol, a renowned player in the advanced cutting technology market, Piant not only expands its presence in various markets and industries but also strengthens its technological expertise and production capacity.
