Data Management and Integration specialist SynTouch joins SUPERP
SynTouch, a specialist in data management and integration solutions, is joining SUPERP. SUPERP is a leading provider in service areas such as security, testing, development, and data analytics. The complementary range of services is central to this collaboration.
The acquisition, supported by investment firm Egeria, strengthens SUPERP's position by expanding its service offering with expertise in Integration and Data Management. This partnership further solidifies SUPERP's position as a Digital Core partner for its clients. SynTouch will continue to operate under its own name and identity from Eindhoven and Delft, building on its strong market position and specialized expertise.

This expansion aligns well with SUPERP's long-term strategy to become the leading Digital Core specialist for SMEs and large enterprises that rely on the power of SAP as their core, along with adjacent systems. A challenging process with strategic choices
It sales process SynTouch's acquisition was dynamic and involved several challenging elements, such as a carve-out and the involvement of a large number of stakeholders. The significant (international) market interest in SynTouch created a dynamic process in which the shareholders' primary objectives were consistently prioritized. This included the transfer structure, post-transfer engagement, and safeguarding the culture and future leadership.
The role of Match Plan
The Match Plan deal team, consisting of Erik Smidt, Rens Knevels, Lucas Troelstra and Floris Stevelmans, guided the process from start to finish.
The process began, in collaboration with the shareholders, with a critical examination of the various routes for the future. After choosing a sales process, Match Plan guided the entire process, including drawing up the sales documentation, identifying and approaching suitable potential buyers, conducting negotiations, guiding the book research and the agreement of the transaction documentation. Throughout the process, we enjoyed close collaboration with YUR Advocaten and Van de Graft Accountants.
