Vertic enters into strategic partnership with French Delta Plus Group
George and Richard Philips, through their company Vertic Nederland, have entered into a strategic partnership with the French publicly traded Delta Plus Group. This collaboration strengthens both parties' positions in the European market for fall protection systems and personal protective equipment. Vertic Nederland was founded over ten years ago in the Rotterdam/The Hague region and has been active in the Benelux since 2015 with a specialized range of fall protection products. The company has grown into a major player in Northern Europe, particularly in Scandinavia, and has achieved an average annual revenue growth of 20% over the past five years. Thanks to its technical expertise and customer-focused approach, Vertic has built a loyal customer base.

Delta Plus Group is a leading supplier of personal protective equipment (PPE). The partnership with Vertic enables Delta Plus to further expand its presence in Northern Europe. The partnership is driven by strong strategic and commercial synergies and aligns with Delta Plus's ambition to become the market leader in the international PPE market.
