Manager M&A - Debt Advisory
As an M&A Debt Advisory Manager, you'll be responsible for structuring financing for both investors and entrepreneurs. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team and serve as a sparring partner and trusted advisor for our clients in solving complex financing issues.
You'll work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to find the right financing solutions that meet the client's needs. With your in-depth knowledge of corporate finance, you'll contribute to our clients' success by providing strategic advice to help them achieve their financial goals.

Team management
: You'll manage a multidisciplinary team and create a work environment that fosters professional growth, enabling consultants to further develop and excel in their roles. You'll provide guidance and support, enabling team members to reach their potential and achieve team goals together.
Structuring financing
: You'll advise clients on structuring financing, always staying abreast of the latest market developments and incorporating them into your advice. You'll ensure that financing structures not only align with the current situation but also consider future needs and risks.
Quality assurance
: You guarantee the quality of consultancy services and ensure the proper execution of projects, ensuring clients always receive high-quality service. You implement internal processes and procedures that ensure the consistency and effectiveness of service delivery.
Relationship management
: You'll maintain close contact with clients and act as a strategic sparring partner, representing their interests and collaborating to achieve their goals. You'll build long-term relationships of trust and ensure clients feel supported every step of their financial journey.
Market opportunities
: You leverage your network and market knowledge to generate new leads and assignments, contributing to the growth of the assignment portfolio. You analyze trends and identify opportunities that align with the objectives of both the firm and its clients.
Strategic advice
: You'll support entrepreneurs and investors in making well-considered financial decisions by providing them with tailored strategic advice. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions that advance the client's long-term goals.
Who are you?
You are an enterprising and results-oriented professional with a strong affinity for SMEs. You also recognize yourself in the following characteristics:
- Extensive experience in corporate finance, consultancy or the banking sector.
- More than 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Completed financial and economics HBO or WO education.
- Relevant network with which you can generate assignments and leads.
- Acting as a sparring partner for entrepreneurs at the highest level.
- Entrepreneurial mentality and speaks the language of the entrepreneur.
- You combine strategic insight with a hands-on approach.
