Online Marketer
As an Online Marketer, you'll play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies. You'll leverage customer data and CRM systems like HubSpot to create targeted campaigns. that strengthen customer relationships, increase revenue and stimulate sustainable growth.
You'll work closely with various departments to collect customer data and translate it into effective, personalized marketing campaigns. Your analytical skills and eye for data quality will help you generate valuable insights and drive successful marketing activities.

What are you going to do?
Database management
: You'll manage and maintain customer data in HubSpot. This includes keeping data up-to-date, correcting errors, and ensuring accuracy and integrity. You'll also ensure the database aligns efficiently with our marketing and sales processes.
Segmentation
: You analyze customer data to identify relevant segments based on demographics, industry preferences, and other criteria. This allows you to develop targeted marketing campaigns that perfectly match the needs of different customer groups.
Target group analysis
: You'll conduct in-depth analyses to understand customer behavior and trends, identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and determine the most effective communication channels. This provides valuable insights that contribute to targeted and successful strategies.
Personalization
: You use customer data to develop personalized marketing messages and offers. This includes dynamic content based on customer profiles and behavior, which improves customer engagement and conversion.
Results analysis
: You'll assess the effectiveness of campaigns based on KPIs such as conversion rates, customer engagement, and ROI. You'll use these insights to optimize campaigns and ensure future success, continuously adding value to our strategy.
Who are you?
You are a committed, analytical and results-oriented professional with:
- A higher professional education (HBO/WO) degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications or Commercial Economics.
- Experience with CRM systems, such as HubSpot.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation, customer journeys and data-driven marketing.
- Analytical skills and a strong eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate insights into practical advice.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
