HSO values IP for international transfer to Switzerland
HSO, a global specialist in Microsoft Dynamics 365, AI and cloud solutions, has engaged Match Plan for the valuation of the intellectual property (IP) of its U.S. entities HSO Enterprise Solutions LLC and HSO ProServ Inc. The valuation took place in the context of an international restructuring: the transfer of the IP to HSO Innovation AG in Switzerland as of January 1, 2024.
