HSO commissions PPA for acquisition of CRM Dynamics Ltd.
In the context of the takeover HSO Match Plan has been asked by the Canadian CRM Dynamics Ltd. Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) To be prepared. During this valuation engagement, the relevant assets and liabilities were identified and valued in accordance with both US GAAP and the Dutch Accounting Standards (RJ).
