HSO Prepares Purchase Price Allocation for Acquisition of SAGlobal Inc.
For the takeover of the American SAGlobal Inc. has engaged HSO Match Plan to conduct a Purchase Price Allocation (PPA). The valuation focused on identifying and valuing various intangible assets and was performed in accordance with the United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and the Accounting Standards (RJ). This provides HSO with a complete and accurate picture of the acquisition's impact in its international financial reporting.
