HSO Prepares Purchase Price Allocation for Acquisition of SHEA Solutions Inc.
For the acquisition From the Canadian SHEA Solutions Inc., HSO engaged the expertise of Match Plan to draw up a Purchase Price Allocation (PPA). In this process, various intangible assets have been identified and valued, according to both the United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and the Accounting Standards (RJ). The result is a detailed picture of the financial impact of the transaction.
