Autoservice Kobalt is having a binding valuation carried out.
Autoservice Kobalt has engaged Match Plan to carry out a binding valuation of the company. This valuation took place in the context of a restructuring between shareholders, where an objective and well-substantiated valuation was essential for a careful settlement.
Car company for maintenance, repair, and service
Autoservice Kobalt is an automotive company in The Hague that focuses on the maintenance, repair, and service of passenger cars and commercial vehicles. In addition, the company operates a petrol station and a car wash. Due to the combination of activities and the company's regional position, the valuation calls for a broad and well-substantiated analysis.
Role of Match Plan
For the valuation, Match Plan used the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method, a widely used valuation methodology in which the future cash flows of the company are central.
In doing so, account was taken of the risk profile of Autoservice Kobalt and the historical and expected financial performance of the company. Additionally, the intrinsic value method was used, which examined the book value of the company's assets and any hidden reserves.
The valuation of Autoservice Kobalt was carried out by Richard Peeters and Niels Beckers.
