Intero Integrity Services has intangible assets valued for acquisition of Aeromon Oy
Match Plan supported Intero Integrity Services in identifying and valuing the intangible assets acquired during the acquisition of the Finnish Aeromon Oy. The work was performed within the framework of a Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) 3 Business Combinations.
The PPA forms an important basis for the proper recognition of the acquisition in the financial reporting and provides insight into the allocation of the acquisition price to the identified assets.
