Tim Struijs
Tim Struijs is an M&A Legal Counsel at Match Plan. He holds a Master's degree in Corporate Law from Leiden University, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions. Previously, Tim worked at Ten Holter Noordam Advocaten, where he handled a wide range of corporate law issues, including SPAs, shareholder resolutions, and restructurings. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling to new destinations such as South Africa and Canada, swimming regularly, and immersing himself in the Japanese language.
