BSO Wijs! sold to Kids Lodge with support from Holland Capital
Match Plan has guided Frija Bleijerveld and Sandra Hofhuis of BSO Wijs! in the sale 100% of the shares to Kids Lodge. Holland Capital, the investment company behind Kids Lodge since September 2021, is involved in this acquisition. This marks the second acquisition Match Plan has assisted with as part of Kids Lodge's buy-and-build strategy.
Finding the right acquisition partner
Frija Bleijerveld and Sandra Hofhuis, the founders of BSO Wijs!, stated: “For our after-school care center, we sought expert advice and guidance during the acquisition process. We were looking for a partner to acquire an after-school care center with a very specific concept and a unique organizational structure. An outdoor play center led by self-managing teams, an approach not often seen in the childcare sector. However, Match Plan wasn't afraid to take on the challenge with us. The result of our collaboration is a successful acquisition by a local company that wants to maintain and further develop our concept.”
