Full Frame sells shares to Only Creative Entrepreneurs

Full Frame, a creative content agency from Tilburg, has its shares sold to Only Creative Entrepreneurs, a network of leading creative marketing agencies. This transaction marks the third addition to Only in 2024. Full Frame will continue to operate under its current name and from its existing location in Tilburg.

Acquisition strengthens position in creative sector

Full Frame, founded in 2009 by Joris Vorselaars, Pepijn Robben, and Ton Vorselaars, specializes in film and content strategies for sectors such as energy, healthcare, and education. Over the years, the agency has built a loyal client base, with long-term partnerships at the core of its business operations. With a professional team of approximately 25 content creators, Full Frame has firmly established its position in the competitive creative sector.

 

The acquisition by Only Creative Entrepreneurs offers Full Frame new growth opportunities. The partnership strengthens Full Frame's strategic position in the creative industry by leveraging the network and expertise Only offers. This gives Full Frame access to additional resources to further expand its services and benefit from the collective strength of the Only network.

Guidance through Match Plan

Full Frame's shareholders were guided throughout the entire sales process by Match Plan, an independent consultancy specializing in acquisition and sale support, business valuation, and financing. Match Plan provided strategic guidance, including drafting the information memorandum, approaching potential buyers and guiding them through the book research. The sales process was successfully completed with the signing of the final transaction documents at the notary.
