OMA has an office valuation drawn up according to the DCF method

Match Plan once again assisted OMA (Office of Metropolitan Architecture) with the valuation of the office in 2026. This valuation followed the earlier valuations from 2018 and 2023. The valuation was carried out using a high-level analysis according to the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method, which accurately determined the office's value. The outcome enabled OMA to map the value of their business and better understand the impact of future developments.

The immediate reason for the valuation in 2026 was the intended appointment of three new partners, who will also join as shareholders. The valuation thus formed a solid basis for structuring this entry and the associated agreements in a transparent and well-substantiated manner.

The value of OMA's assets was carefully analyzed to gain insight into its strategic direction and future growth. This valuation enabled OMA to further define its strategic course and evaluate opportunities for further growth, both domestically and internationally.

OMA is led by eight partners and has built a solid global reputation by collaborating with various public and private organizations. The firm is known for its research-driven approach and its ability to translate complex issues into creative and feasible solutions.
