QLS Group orders valuation following acquisition of British J&J Global Fulfilment
Match Plan has supported QLS Group in identifying and appreciate of the intangible assets acquired in the acquisition of J&J Global Fulfilment. The work was performed within the framework of a Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) in accordance with Annual Reporting Guideline RJ 216 Mergers and Acquisitions.

With the acquisition of the British J&J Global Fulfilment, QLS Group takes the next step in its international growth strategy. By combining J&J's expertise, technology, and international presence with QLS's scale and automation, one of Europe's largest independent e-commerce fulfillment organizations is created. This expands QLS's capacity and services to provide even better support to webshops domestically and abroad.
Role of Match Plan
Match Plan has identified and valued the intangible assets acquired in the acquisition. The Purchase Price Allocation forms an important basis for the correct recognition of the acquisition in the financial reporting. The project was carried out by Richard Peeters and Huub van Hoof.
