Winter VvE Groep maps out intangible assets after acquisition
Commissioned by DomiLinq, Match Plan Winter assisted VvE Groep with identifying and appreciate of the intangible fixed assets as part of a Purchase Price Allocation (PPA). This PPA has been prepared in accordance with the Guidelines for Annual Reporting (RJ) and specifies the allocation of the acquisition price across the various assets.
The valuation also forms an essential foundation for correct processing in the financial reporting. In doing so, the report contributes to transparency towards shareholders and other stakeholders.
